An evening out.

A busy day today as Mr Tbay  managed to construct the new ottoman bed for our newly decorated bedroom. It did make him sweat a bit!  As with so many of these flat pack “easy assembly” items of furniture it is never quite as easy as they say!  However he has done a brilliant job and we now have a bed ready for us to go and get a mattress on Tuesday.

This evening we went to Miss Tbays for supper. as always she dressed to table so beautifully . So lovely and Christmassy. Apart from anything else it was such a treat to be cooked for. 

After a delicious meal we all enjoyed a Downton Abbey marathon. I love the series but have rarely set aside time to watch it. However it was fun to see the last ever episodes. Bed was rather late as a result!!
