Salmon

The last time we had a delivery of Hebridean Salmon was during the first lockdown. It was very welcome then, and today's delivery is also very welcome. It reminds us that we are going to eat well over Christmas, even though we will be on our own. 

The lovely card that they always put in the package reminds me that we have now tentatively booked a stay after Easter next year in the same house on North Uist which we had to cancel earlier this year. I wonder what the chances are that we will be able to make it this time.
