Whoopee

I am able to post a shot which is neither wood nor flower.

When I opened the curtains this morning my weird mind liked the textures and the smoothness that was the pond and its surroundings.

When I went through to the kitchen and opened the blind there I was rather taken with the dark clouds rolling off to the east over the Forth and Fife.

When I took SWMBO down to The Centre (we refuse to pay the parking charges for various reasons so I sit and wait in the car) there were huge bright white clouds in front of the really dark ones but due to buildings and trees I couldn't get a shot. So instead I took some shots of the ammonites in the wall of one of the large department stores. Some of them were much bluer than I remembered them..

The calendar has been made (correctly) and will be sent off to France tomorrow. I can't see it arriving in time for her birthday on the 28th.

SWMBO got her soup at lunchtime today I am pleased to say - and I have had a wonderful liver and bacon casserole for tea.
