Positively lapping

We have had so much rain the pool is the highest its ever been. More rain was forecast for today but the sun appeared when we headed out for an early supper which was lovely.

The good news of the day, the rather large ”miscalculation” of yesterday has been resolved and the eijit involved as relieved as anyone in their shoes should be, but we have a lot to do in the new year to get better controls in place.

Thankfully tomorrow is a public holiday and only two more working days of the year left. It really can't come soon enough.
