Smoking

Today was wet and dark grey but we put it to good use. We've had some mackerel in the freezer since our sea fishing expeditions in the summer and at long last we got around to defrosting and smoking them. I bought this smoker for N ten years ago when we moved north because I knew that we wouldn't be within easy reach of a smokery so would have to smoke our catch ourselves. It has come in very useful over the years.
