The sun was shining so I went out for a wee wander with my camera this morning. There were birds flitting about in the trees but they were a bit shy of being photographed. The hills looked lovely in the sunshine but they were a bit far away. The loch was very calm, reflecting the trees on the far side in their winter colours. But then I spotted this.... a scar on the birch tree trunk caused by the loss of a branch some time ago, and yet the bark is still working hard to cover it over. I had found my Blip for today.
