Billy Fury

I am in Liverpool, going to see The Misanthrope at the Playhouse this evening and then an exhibition at the Tate tomorrow.

I spent the afternoon wandering around the Waterfront, watching the Mersey Ferry and hunting for a colourful blipportunity.

I chose this one, of the statue of rock legend Billy Fury, who died 30 years ago last month. I guess that is what the flowers were for.
