What all the fuss was about

I was out meeting some of our Covid support officers (marshalls) this afternoon, as well as visiting a couple of businesses and by the time I'd finished it was dark.

After Monday and all of the fuss about the Christmas lights house and the crowds it had drawn, I drove passed on the way home.  Not much of a crowd (it was about 5 pm), but plenty of lights.  I don't think we'll qualify for dark sky status anytime soon!  I hate to think how much it costs to power but it was bringing much cheer and merriment to the people who came to visit.  

I'm glad we could sort something out to make it possible.
