Flower bud

Its been a fairly wet and grey day today.  Our daughter and family returned home after lunch, its been great to get to see our grandson, his climbing and learning to walk skills have certainly developed over the past few days, especially since the visit to the soft play area.

Todays blip is of a poppy in our garden that looks like it will be flowering in the next few days.  I was very surprised to achieve a silver award in a set subject competition in our local camera club last night, so pleased.
