Motley crew...!

Getting ready to begin Pilates this morning. All in our little boxes and just before Maria our teacher put us all on mute... a necessity! It was a good session today although the tennis ball in the piriformis muscle made the eyes water.

Not good news from my sister this evening. She will begin radiotherapy as soon as it can be arranged. She phoned each of us to give the scan results. The surgeon was really good and will phone V again tomorrow.

Thank you everyone here who has been thinking of her and praying. Please continue to do that along with us.
