Today was not remarkable at all but the quote above reminded me of how nice it was to have some recognition recently, and why. Compliments are powerful things.

Today I achieved a few things I had set out to do and did a few enjoyable things as well.

I had promised myself Skyfall once it was available to rent and I tucked in with all the comforts of home viewing this evening. Food and drink, lights dimmed, tucked up with a blanket, and then Showtime.
