The Little Things

Today I got to thinking about all the beautiful little things that happen and how because they're often so small we have to be open to them and look closely as to not let them slip us by..

My Latest Little Things:
1) Taking that flight to Vienna and finding the best moment simply laying next to one of my best friends chatting (okay, no tankini...)
2) While running tonight, the circus-like couple on the Bosphorus (I'll get a photo of them one day - she, petite and round and in a dress like a petticoat, and he, super tall, black hair and green corduroy suit with hat to match) waving at me on the way back, and making a little running motion with their hands.
3) Walking back into my building and one of our security guards about to eat his dinner, inviting me to join him.
4) A physics teacher at my school visiting my class to share a poem he had written for his son before he was born.
