Shortbread...

I’m pleased with the outcome! It’s for the Christmas boxes for our church Community Lunch friends.

Measured with a ruler. Ten down the long side, three on the short side, just as we were instructed. And sprinkled with castor sugar.

Think I’ll make some for us now. My baking repertoire is growing.
