Fruit platter…

We’ve taken to having fresh fruit for our dessert after a dinner party. A first course and main meal are more than enough and there’s less for the cook to prepare. So says she.

A super evening with our group of friends, our We6 group. One of them celebrated her birthday yesterday and we extended the treats today. We lit the log fire and sat round it chatting until our beauty sleep called.

The dishwasher eased the clearing up load though some can wait until tomorrow.
