Hello Winter

Beautiful sunny day for the first day of winter. The Castle looked gorgeous as I arrived this morning for a catch up coffee with Helen. Lovely to see another former colleague Stef briefly too.

Swung by Headcorn Aerodrome at lunchtime and strange to see an empty airfield with all the aircraft tucked away in the hangar.

Posted Christmas cards to my cousins in the US and Canada hoping they arrive in time as the mail seems so slow.

Took an impromptu walk in the woods with a dear friend and their dog late afternoon. It was too nice a day to waste at home doing the tax return. It can wait a day.
