Life sized statue of a soldier.

Here is a fuller view of the statue at Southend's cenotaph as posted on Sunday.  I had hoped to capture the sun rise giving rimmed light around the form but it was directly obscured by a small tree which kept him in shadow.  Another day perhaps!
