Happy 2nd Birthday little man!

Took a day off and went to the Science Museum with little man and the husband. Here he is enjoying water play on a grand scale - this had lots of chanels, spouts, things to use to funnel water and create dams, boats to float on the water and a whirlpool. Lots of fun. We also watched a bubble show where a demonstrator created some huge bubbles including ones around small children. She also explained to those who were interested why you couldn't create bubble cubes, but D didn't care about that, he was just champing at the bit to get to the bubbles - it was quite tiring holding him back, but if I hadn't he would have stormed the stage!

The space gallery, all black backgrounds, shiny rockets and pictures of the moon was also a great hit.

Nice to spend a weekday doing fun stuff with D.
