2020 Thursday — Thanksgiving

Almost at the last minute, yesterday Mr. Fun opted us out of the Thanksgiving family gathering. He is exposed to lots of people every day at Kaiser Medical facility and doesn’t think he has caught anything to expose others to, but he was being safe, so home is where we stayed.

We cooked a feast in our kitchen. Mr.Fun put a turkey in the oven and then he surprised me and did all the rest of the meal except I made the gravy—his energy was astounding!

Even with no one here, though, he managed to stress-out about getting it all on the table at the same time. The pups and I just stood back to watch and giggle and at 4 pm we sat to eat.

I think it was good therapy for him to be busy all afternoon in the kitchen.
