2019 Tuesday — Model Homes

Today we drove north on the 15 Freeway to Fontana to look again at the model homes by Lennar where our granddaughter Ashly and her hubby Robert and his parents are purchasing one of the new “multi-generational” homes. We had been there last Friday evening with Robert & Ashly but it was right at closing time so we really had to hurry through.

So today just the two of us leisurely strolled through. I’m very impressed with the layout and the set-up of the house, which is really two houses with a door connecting them. The large kitchen, dining room, and great room will be the “common” or “central” room.

Their house is in the very beginning stages of being built. It supposed to be “move-in ready” by May. That should be perfect for Ashly; she’ll be getting out of school for summer recess at the end of May.

So I’ll be reporting more on this as the calendar moves forward.
