Time for a brew

The kids went to grandads for dinner this afternoon. I spent the time going for a run, drinking tea and making houmous. Time well spent!

Kids came home with ice cream all over their faces so I know they had fun. L wet herself when I arrived :-s think it was the excitement. Hopefully a one off.

Just back from bootcamp, was a great session. Quick cuppa now, a lazy blip, shower & sleep!
