Moonshot

A leisurely afternoon walk along the Canal. Left the house at 2.30pm so it wasn't long before the sun set and it got dark. Came up the path into the houses at Banknock and started to make my way home when I noticed the moon rising (see extra).

Given its location, I wondered whether it would be reflected on the Canal so I changed direction and headed back down onto the Canal at Haggs and made my way home from there. Took lots of photos of the moon reflected on the Canal (many blurred, it has to be said) but will settle for this one near the end of my walk where one can also see Mars in the top-right of the picture.
