Happy

My aunt has now moved into ‘supported living accommodation’ so we are sorting through decades of accumulated possessions, mindful that everything still belongs to her. We can’t move everything up to her new place so will put what we can into storage and deal with it next year.

We found this - a beautiful pen & ink drawing by my grandad (mum’s father) but it was displayed at gran’s (dad’s mother) ... great to find it, part of my childhood. Despite being stuffed behind a wardrobe without glass or protection in an unheated room for best part of 30 years the drawing is miraculously undamaged! Will get it reframed.
