Dreich

Since blipfoto, in my eyes at least, is a Scottish invention then I think I can steal a Scottish word to describe today. For what other word can describe today apart from dreich?

I have not left the house, apart from running outside to quickly grab a photo and didn't even have to walk and get the paper, because DeliverDad got it for me. This did mean hours of lounging around delving into the paper and the supplements, which seems the only appropriate way to idle away a day like today.

If this winter doesn't shift from endless grey gloom soon then I might have to book a flight out of here. Oh, wait....
