First crocuses

The sun didn't shine for us today, and so these crocuses provided the only brightness.
These are the first I have seen, in a neighbours garden.
Must be an early variety.
(I did a bit of fiddling to get them to look a bit brighter! )

Have started getting things ready for our holiday.
At this time of the year it is difficult knowing what to take.
However as they say it is going to get colder at the weekend, I will make sure the vests, and thick jumpers are first in the case! Hats , scarves and gloves on the back seat, at the ready!
No doubt the car will be full to over flowing when we set off!! (and MrC will be complaining that I always take too much!!)

Can't wait for Friday!
(Still get excited!)
