Last light

Today we had the first of our Thursday Worship times. There are several people who can't manage Sundays easily and the other times we can meet them are not happening at present so we offered a short informal service at midday on a Thursday in the lead up to Christmas. Some came along and shared in the worship and also things for prayer in the time we'd set aside.
Lunch was late so it was even later by the time I got out for a short run and only just got back before dark. I decided to try a route I've not done for some months as it was very overgrown and then very muddy, esp as the horses and trail bikes use them. It was quite a bit better and should improve over the next week as not much rain is expected. The extra is a tree still with a few leaves.
