I Walk The Line

After a zoom meeting this morning we walked in lovely sunshine to Costa at Inveralmond from the house as we had a buy one get one free coffee voucher and why not use it and get a good number of steps done in the process! 14k to be exact :). Met an old work colleague as we walked past the almost deserted SSE offices...

Message from Morag my Sister in Law to say that Elspeth is out of the Covid ward as she has responded to treatment and in One of the Wards. Excellent news!

Morag was supposed to be on holiday but has being doing overtime as it’s busy. I feel for her. She did 17k steps over her working day !

I asked the view of her and her colleagues of the Christmas relaxation of Covid measures and her response was ‘nonsense, for one day that could be had at any time, we are expecting a spike and already preparing for it’. Again I feel for her and her colleagues.
