Towards Dundee

Very mild but so misty up the golf course this morning.  The cardio is the equivalent of climbing 27 stories according to my app.  Good!

Popped into to see Barbara this afternoon and we were talking about how she hasn't got her Christmas cards as yet.  Although most of the people I used to send cards to aren't here anymore she says...  Felt quite sad for her.

She still thinks she hears people talking up in her attic, I reassure her every time I am in that there is no one there it's the boiler that is roaring but she said it was worse than ever last night as she was lying in bed and she felt quite scared.  Poor woman.  Convinced it's her hearing aid playing up.
