Love you Mum

What an amazing day we spent in the Addo Elephant National Park today. We have visited here regularly for the past 15 years and this is the first time we have seen baboons. We watched a troop of about thirty -who kept us entertained with their antics.
And of course we saw our much loved elephants! The extras show a group of little ones having fun fooling around at a waterhole, and then the herd leaving after having their fill of water.
What a wonderful day it was to get away from the alarming news of Covid and hospitals filled to capacity in our city, and knowing more and more people infected with this virus. Most Christmas functions have been cancelled - hubby and I are going to lie low and just stay safe.
