Learning to adjust to so much (expected and unexpected) change in my life, both retirement and leaving Istanbul but deciding to stay in Turkey, at least for now,  is a daily challenge. Today's task was to find a home for some of my possessions as I unpack them from the 49 boxes delivered by the shipping company last week, originally destined for the UK.  So, with lion on the floor, rocking chair in the lounge, pictures ready to hang and clock on the wall - feeling better already.
