With Me Now

I had a message from my running buddy Elaine this morning to let me know she had tested positive for Covid.

Fortunately we had seen each outside and socially distanced so I am not having to self isolate and she is not too poorly.

I will be extra vigilant for the next week and have already arranged to stay in my car whilst Roo has hydrotherapy in the morning as the owner has a vulnerable son.

The running kit that I'd ordered and was delivered to Elaine will wait.  In the meantime, my new reusable mug, merchandise from one of my favourite, parkrun related, podcasts arrived.
