Run like Phoebe

I always have kit envy when I meet up with Adele.

Loved all the kit today and grateful that she is happy to slow right down and run at my pace which at least half her own.  She did go out for a speedy 2k either side of our 5k to make up for it.

I was as fast as I'd been since September which was OK as we were chatting as well. Mostly it was me listening to be fair.

We were laughing about how the power station dominates our landscape. I proved the point later and sent a picture to Adele from the spot where our parkrun RD usually stands to start the event.  The power station was there.
