Barnacles .....

on a whale??? Well thats what it reminded me of anyhow ;-) Obviously its a toppled log full of little fungi.....no I idea what they are and maybe two kinds?!

A decent night again.....typically we were awake earlyish, weekend so no noise outside.
I went down to make us a cuppa just after 8.

Wea ther has been pretty wet all day long.....breezy, but not too cold. Walked round for hubs paper, he said he fancied some donuts, lucky they had some freshly made jam ones ;-). Breakfast was fruit for me, banana on toast for hub, mid morning coffee wih a donut.

We watched both the England rugby matches, the women then the men, two good wins. Women were a little fortunate.

We had a very late lunch of scrambled eggs on toast......thought about wrapping some x presents, but havent got the slightest bit of enthusiasm at the moment, so havent done anything apart from sit around today :-/

Highlight will undoubtedly be Strictly a little later.......currently watching City v Spurs.

No idea what we will have for dinner later, something with chicken probably.

Really hope the forecast for a dry day tomorrow is right, so I can at least get out in the garden for a couple of hours....there is lots that needs attending to!

No news on hubs result as yet :-/
