Second look

It is really kind of spooky to see some eyes and a mouth on a tombstone!
Pareidolia just seems to jump out at me!


My friend Risee and I drove up to the mountains today just to get away from home and hoping to see if there was a little fall color left.   We stopped at this old cemetery that we visited earlier this year.  Then it was grown up with fresh vines and things which were very thick and we could not really see what was on the ground...like snakes.   So we wanted to go back when this growth had died down and today we did.   Interesting place as most of the graves here are dated from the 1700 and 1800s.   A local family cemetery as many of the last names are the same.  

A great day weatherwise!  Real fall weather.  A long day but it was a good drive as we discussed and took care of all the world problems.
