Frist One Out

I notice our first Dahlia out in flower today.. great to see them again.

The morning started off cool and warmed up a bit as the day went on. I had a early start as John had is Epidural Steroid Injection at 7:50am. It didn't take too long to do.. but afterwards he couldn't walk so had to be taken to the car by wheelchair. With the aid of my elbow crutch he managed to get into the house. After an hour he walking around fine. Still feeling a bit a bit sore and was talk it could take up to a week before the pains wears off. Do hope this injection will help with his pain.
