Up town

First time in an age. And blimey, it’s a bit quiet. We were there for twofold reasons. Firstfold was an appointment at the Apple Store to size up his’n’her iPhones now that the new iPhone 12 is out featuring access to 5G for the first time. That’s a must, innit. And secondfold to look at some Art! Platform 2020 y'see is the festival’s annual showcase supporting artists in the "early stages of their careers" to make and present new work. I did actually like Susannah Stark’s bits and pieces  but if I was a career advisor for the others…. 
Later, back and we greedily tore into our purchases. And then a zoom call with the Londoners - the first for ages. Christmas on the agenda - seems MsSturgeon has been in contact with the Govester about a pan-UK response to festive travel. There’s novel.
And later, a film, a zombie film which the SK had watched the night before but was eager to lose herself in again. The Girl with all the Gifts. That’s the name of the film.
