Choices!

A trip to a local supermarket in Mexico always causes us to comment about one of the many mysteries here that so far totally eludes us. Cooking oil! Supermarkets dedicate an entire aisle to cooking oil, and there are dozens of brands to choose from! Obviously a staple in our homes as well, but it boggles my mind why it is necessary to provide so many varieties, and so much shelf space to this one item!
