A Glass of Sunshine

There is nothing like a glass of fresh squeezed orange juice in the morning to get you up and going. At home, we content ourselves with the "not from concentrate" but definitely purified, pasteurized and preserved variety that comes from the supermarket in a plastic container with an expiry date sometime next month! Here in beautiful San Miguel, juice oranges are purchased 50 feet from our front door, at a price of 3 kg for 10 pesos (about $.80 cents Canadian) and just 4 delicious, sweet, fresh oranges will provide two nine ounce glasses of pure liquid sunshine! One more reason to love Mexico!
