Out of the Woods

A beautiful morning on the golf course, a lot colder than it’s been lately but no wind so much more enjoyable. The thermal vest had its first outing for a while and was much appreciated! Didn’t help my game unfortunately.
And since it stayed dry I headed up to the allotment in the afternoon. Just intended picking some kale (it’s still merrily growing away, see Extra) and digging up spuds but ended up spending a couple of hours digging over one of the beds. Suffered for that later but a hot bath has helped to ease the pain!
