Almost Bare

We were supposed to be in Keswick this week, enjoying the autumn colours, but Boris put paid to that two weeks ago.  Still we got our money back!  Instead of walking the hills and mountains in the Lakes we have to enjoy our local area.  This lone tree is about 200m from our house and we walk past it almost daily.  We have watched it shed its leaves over the last few weeks and today it is almost bare, but the setting sun gave it a lovely warm glow against the deepening blue sky.  

Covid news. South Norfolk has spiked severely and have gone from medium risk (the lowest in Boris world) straight to very high in a week! Not sure what has happened, but, all of a sudden our local council has woken up and is telling us all to stay at home and our local town is a no-go area.......for us anyway!.
