Cold And Frosty

Was a right frosty run in this morning, head was nipping with the cold. I'll need to get some sort of skull cap. Feeling a bit tired after a late night last night as well.

Work was work and then a run home. Will eventually sit down and relax after all the swimming is done.... not by me.

Have Sonic Youth on standby to cope with the bloody zumba classes.....
