Signage

Obviously I am familiar with the first sign which suggests that the vehicle that these stickers were attached to shouldn't exceed 30 mph.  You will be delighted to know that I am also familiar with the third of these signs which suggests that the vehicle might be carrying flammable materials.

However, I haven't seen the middle one before.  Trees kill fish?  Fish kill trees?  Beware of global warming?  No idea!
