Lockdown 2:  Day 11

The weather forecast was for rain all day and I didn’t have much hope of getting an outdoor blip. 

Early afternoon it looked brighter in the Coniston direction so I put my wet weather gear on and headed that way. By the time I got to Skelwith Bridge it was raining more heavily than when I left home so I stopped there and sat in the car for a while before braving the weather.

I only walked as far as Skelwith Force. I did have the camera in a waterproof bag and a lens wiping cloth but it was easier to use my phone. 

The main photo is looking down to the viewing platform …… I gave it a miss.  In extras is a shot from the metal footbridge, similar to one I posted not long ago. There was a lot more water today.
