Smiles!

Always easy to smile after playing in the sea!
Cathie and I left the dogs sleeping while we headed for a swim just before high tide. It was great. (As always!) And just SO LOVE my cosy, snuggly change robe! :)
This afternoon the dogs and I headed out for a walk while Cathie had space.
It was dry when we set off but the tide was high so not much running for the dogs. So I bought a new big ball for them to play with. Amazingly it survived! Although light was starting to fade, we headed out on the beach toward Sandsend just because there was beach for them to run free on. We walked till the concrete ‘steps’ (protection thingy of which I’ve forgotten the name of at the time being!). Again, I ended up walking in the sea. It started raining (quite hard at times) so I got thoroughly wet from to to toe (but still dry inside my waterproof!)
It was properly dark when we got back ...as you can see from the whale bone photo.
