I'm up before the sun again today. I will put some Swedish meatballs into the crockpot this morning for tonight's dinner with my daughter. She eats gluten-free so I will have to make some substitutions in my usual recipe.

I can thicken the gravy with potatoe starch. I will grind tortilla chips to use instead of panko. For me, it's really all about the onion and the sour cream anyway......

While it's all bubbling in the crockpot, I will get on with a paper pieced gift that should be in the mail at the end of the month. I am so slow with everything!
