Cyclamen experiment

Having captured their state and condition at first planting I should be able to monitor their progress and hopefully their resilience. Frost shouldn’t be a problem where they are currently located.
Excellent swimming progress this afternoon, half a mile, albeit with an extra 5 minutes beyond my time slot. Alternating strokes every few lengths was helpful and I tried out the technique I watched on YouTube last night.
Pineapple Jaffa cake (44c) as a post swim was delicious, however it has left me with a longing for Cadbury’s Tropical Pineapple Milk Chocolate which is only available in the Southern Hemisphere, I think Cadbury is missing a trick here.
