Spoiled Diva

In the grand scheme of things, I had absolutely no reason to feel even the least bit sorry for myself having to wake up on my birthday for the first time in my life with no one in the house to share it with, but I have to admit I did. Spoilt, is the adjective you are looking for.

I felt ashamed of myself when I opened my cards, answered the phone and found that so many friends had remembered the day and so many of the family had rewarded me with gin and chocolates. Not only that, but my ‘boys’ in Söderberg stood me a capuccino and a raspberry bun as a present. After the enormous pizza * I managed to eat yesterday evening, my muffin top is going nowhere just yet.

It’s been a great birthday and ‘spoilt’ is definitely the missing adjective.
