Coming up roses ...

Fog lingered all day today. Consequently there was no wind. It was pleasantly mild. A good day for virtual meetings. After lunch we walked through the fog. T took her litter picker and filled a large bag of abandoned cans, bottles and PPE. What happened to the Keep Britain Tidy campaign of our youth?!
Walking home along the beach we encountered this touching memorial of roses and lilies being embraced by the flood tide.
Encouraging news on the emergence of a COVID-19 vaccine this evening. Great respect to everyone involved in this groundbreaking research and especially to all those who bravely volunteered to test it.
