The falling leaves

Again not a good night's sleep. Ibuprofen was required for pain caused by wfh. Then one look out the window and it was a drive to the pool, not a cycle.

The gloom and fog stayed all day but I was busy inside. A morning of meetings then catching up with reading papers and other odd bits 'n pieces. Later, once the curtains were drawn, I made two lots of soup. It is soup weather.

The ornamental cherry tree leaves are finally falling though the lilac is still in leaf, for now.
