Spotlight on Mary

I was glad not to. swimming this morning, the cars were white with frost. I was spending the morning in the City Chambers, taxi there and back with PS, for Community Council induction. Curate's egg, good in parts.

Then home to do some dichting. Cleaned the kitchen, including the top oven and the floor. Marvel!

Early evening it was off to the HES son et Lumiere at Craigmillar Castle telling the story of the Craigmillar Bond and the plot to murder Darnley. It required getting a bus from Holyrood which felt odd as we proceeded up Old Dalkeith Rd. It was well done and good fun, cold but dry but I wouldn't have liked to do the risk assessment! It felt quite touristy but in a nice way because it was mainly local families.
