When I Paint My Masterpiece

Given the miserable weather this morning, we thought we'd make a start on decorating the dining room by sanding down the woodwork. That's when we noticed a suspicicious damp path on one of the walls.

Fortunately our next door neighbour but one is a builder and was in his garden. He took one look at it and confirmed our suspicion that we'd got a touch of the rising damps ("Oh, Mr Rigsby!" "Oooh, Miss Jones!) and gave us the number of a local expert to contact, so it looks like more expense on the horizon.

Consoled ourselves with a walk across the levels this afternoon where I took this blip I'd some willows using the sketch setting. It looks ready to be painted by numbers.

Today's alphabetical lockdown LP rummage brought me to D so today's track had to be Bob Dylan's "When I Paint My Masterpiece" from his Greatest Hits LP
